Ordering & Delivery

Delivery charges

We deliver nationwide – Monday to Friday. Online purchases include the delivery charge. Weekend deliveries and deliveries of trees over 8ft are subject to availability.

Placing an order

When placing your order you can choose a designated day for delivery. Just make sure you order 48 hours ahead of delivery time to ensure you receive your tree when needed.

Choose a safe spot

If you are not going to be at home you can let us know a safe spot where we can leave your tree.

Tree care in transit

A cane is taped to the top of the tree to ensure it arrives safe and sound. However, if your Christmas tree does arrive damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

Earliest & latest delivery dates

You can order a Christmas tree for delivery as early as 16th November. The latest delivery date is the 20th of December.

Our delivery partners

We partner with Tuffnells as our delivery service. They are experts in handling more irregular items like our Christmas Trees. Tuffnells is committed to operating in line with an environment and sustainability policy which is key to the ethos of our company. They work with their customers and suppliers to develop sustainable practices, reducing unnecessary waste by reducing, re-using and recycling.

We recently purchased our Christmas tree for this year from "We Three Kings" working out of Morrison's Car Park, Leamington Spa. They offered a good selection of trees even though we had left the purchase a little later than planned and others had very limited trees on offer. We found the staff very helpful and we were also pleased to find the pricing to be competitive. Very happy with the experience, the tree is up and everyone is happy. Let the festivities begin!
